perun bonser

Perun is from Broome, in the north west of Australia.

He began his dance training at NAISDA (National Aboriginal Islander Skills Development Association) Dance College and graduated with a Diploma in dance.

In 2006 Perun received a skills and arts development grant to work with Leigh Warren & Dancers, performing in the award winning Petroglyphs choreographed by Leigh Warren & Gina Rings, and Satyagraha - one of Philip Glass's "Portrait Trilogy" of operas, directed and choreographed by Leigh Warren.

Perun joined Bangarra Dance Theatre in 2008 performing in Mathinna, Of Earth and Sky, Apu Kazi and Fire.

He is currently studying digital media and re-joins Leigh Warren & Dancers to perform for the Edinburgh International Festival.
