Wednesday 6.00pm to 7.15pm Intermediate Class

You may join at any time. Class structure and technique follow the style taught to the company's own professional dancers.

Students should have previous experience in contemporary dance techniques.

We'd like to welcome Philip Channels to the LWD Studio for our 2013 series of Boutique Pilates Mat Classes.

By attending a weekly program of Mat Classes (open level) Philip offers you ongoing personal attention to details while providing solutions for body maintenance, strength & toning and injury rehabilitation.

Tuesdays 6.00pm - 7.15pm

What to bring: Comfortable loose clothing (to stretch freely in),a Yoga Mat, water bottle & towel

Cost: Single class $15
