After studying at the Centre for the Performing Arts, Adelaide, Jo was invited to join Outlet Dance Company. She appeared in several productions including a co-production with Magpie Theatre Company and works by Chrissie Parrott, Neil Adams and Natalie Weir.

Jo has appeared in film, commercials and various promotions and corporate events. She was invited to join Leigh Warren & Dancers in 1998 and since that time has performed in many works by Leigh Warren and guest choreographers.

Jo was part of the original cast of Quick Brown Fox. She is an accomplished teacher of contemporary dance at all levels.
