Opera in collaboration with Adelaide Vocal Project and State Opera of South Australia.

Leigh Warren & Dancers collaborated with Adelaide Vocal Project and State Opera of South Australia to present Einstein on the Beach – Parts 1&2 - an experimental blend of contemporary dance, opera and scientific theory.

The Choreographer/Director Leigh Warren and Musical Director Timothy Sexton chose to present Einstein on the Beach in two productions, rather than as one four hour opera. After exploring the properties and mysteries of the fifth element - light, in Parts 3&4; Parts 1&2 explored the mass energy equivalence equation, E=MC2, and concepts of mass and relativity.
